Autumn/Winter 2012 London Fashion Week: Vivienne Westwood

The Vivienne Westwood Red Label fashion show took place today at the beautiful Goldsmith's Hall in London. The event celebrated true British fashion at its best. The celebrity sightings were diverse and included Janice Dickinson, Pete Burns, Sadie Frost and Nick Rhodes from Duran Duran.

The collection focused on the 2012 autumn/winter looks and included a mix of stripes, tartans and vintage styles. With the silk evening dresses, there was a sense of elegance and sophistication with the outfits. The colours for most of the looks were soft pastels and neutrals. Some fashion reports have commented that there was less extravagance that we would normally expect from a Vivienne Westwood collection. Either way, the British designer's collection is still fabulous!

  1. Thanks for this post. Great tips! I really struggle with summer dressing and sometimes feel that I wear the same thing all year round but with fewer layers!! The UK summers have not been that great recently so I could get away with it but it would be nice to have some lovely outfits prepared for when we do get some warm weather. I love your use of white and am inspired to have a go at using more white especially trousers. I also like to wear dresses in the summer.

  2. What a cute dress and cute model, she’s definitely shown that dress off in a nice way and pairing the denim jacket it with it is just the right touch. Access the deep web Best Questions to ask a girl watch free movies online Sports Streaming sites

  4. That is a great color on you! I wear clothes that I feel comfortable and confident. I have long given up buying clothes in bright colors, because they just hang in my closet, But I envy those that wear bright colors with panache. I do wear muted greens and oranges with my neutrals, however. Just stopping by from SITS.
